Kennth joined Harding Energy Inc. in October of 2017. He has played an instrumental role in his time at Harding Energy Inc. to maintain and improve the Quality Management system (QMS) to ISO 13485. Harding Energy has successfully undergone several external audits with an ISO registrar as well as customer audits. Kenneth continuously improves Harding Energy Inc. QMS.
Kenneth earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Purdue, in Fort Wayne Indiana as well as a Quality Engineer from LDS & Associates in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.
Kenneth also served our country in the United States Air Force from 1991 to 1999 as a Weapons System Specialist for the F16.
In Kenneth’s free time he likes to spend in Northern Michigan at his cabin enjoying outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, and four wheeling.

Steve is a thirty-year veteran at Harding Energy Inc.
Steve continues to be a pivotal leader at Harding Energy Inc., starting in its early years as a start-up company. He is passionate about providing innovative and quality solutions to go above and beyond for all customers. He knows every facet of the battery industry and has been at the forefront of the development of battery evolution. Steve maintains a growth mindset and plays a large role in the mentorship of staff to sustain and encourage personal growth and professional development. His “nothing can stop us” approach is integral to the continued success of Harding Energy Inc. as a global competitor.
In the late 80’s he served our country in the United States Army stationed in Calvary unit in Germany. He earned his Bachelor in Business and International Marketing from Western Michigan University, in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
In Steve’s free time he loves to travel with his wife and daughter. Steve has had the opportunity to live and work all over the world: Spain, China, Germany, Singapore, Michigan and Florida.

Lisa joined Harding Energy Inc. 17 years ago. She is an integral part of success at Harding Energy Inc., Lisa performs all tasks involved in accounting for Harding Energy Inc. For the past 2 years, she has expanded her role at Harding Energy Inc. to include Human Resources Manager.
Lisa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University. Prior to joining us at Harding Energy Inc. she worked for a CPA firm in Grand Rapids, Michigan and for Grand Haven Area Public Schools before deciding to stay home with her young children.
Lisa enjoys gardening and playing golf in the summer months, and in the winter, Lisa plays indoor golf, skis, and reading. Lisa is also a DIY extraordinaire, and at any moment will have a project afoot.

Dave has spent his professional career at Harding Energy Inc., following earning a Bachelor of Science in Computers and Electronic Engineering from ITT Technical Institute.
Dave began his career at Harding Energy Inc. as an Electrical Engineer and has moved up through multiple roles in engineering and sales. His extensive 20 years of experience in the battery industry has made him a major contributor of knowledge and support for customers and staff.
Dave’s favorite time of year is the summer. His favorite pastime includes golfing, he is the President of a men’s golf league that he has been involved in for the past 12 years. Golfing allows him to enjoy the sun in the Michigan summertime to the fullest. He is hopeful that someday his game will improve but stays consistent and happy as a bogey golfer. Dave also enjoys riding his bike around Lake Michigan and enjoys the small town feel of Grand Haven, MI with its beautiful beaches and amazing sunsets.
